✅ Return Policy
As our products are custom-made for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Incorrect selection of size, color, or design by the customer.
❌ Returns Are Not Accepted If:
- The item has been used or washed.
- More than 30 days have passed since the delivery date.
- The product matches the specifications entered at the time of order.
🛠️ Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item at:
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we will:
- Reprint and resend the item at no extra cost, or
- Issue a full refund to your original payment method.
⏳ Refund Processing Time
Once your refund is approved, please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your payment method.
ℹ️ Additional Information
- If the issue is our fault (wrong item, damage, print error), we will cover return shipping costs.
- Returns without prior contact and approval will not be accepted.
